On the admin screens, navigate to Manage > Service Requests
In the Service Request list screen, use the Filter drop-down to find the record that you want to delete.
Tap the upper right cog, then tap Edit.
Change the Status to 'Archived' and tap to Update Service Request.
To keep accurate historical records, ticket moderators and site administrators must close a Service Request by changing its status to 'Closed' and can archive but cannot delete Service Request records from the Admin screen.
Tap Service Requests in the main menu to access the Service Request module.
To the right of the Service Request, tap the Delete link to delete the Service Request.
Note: You can only delete a Service Request with a 'Reported' status. Once the administrator has changed its status, the request must stay in the database for historical reference.
