Service Requests #

The Service Request module allows end users to log issues on the CMS and to view and comment on their previously logged issues.

In the Admin interface, you can perform Service Request maintenance. This may include filtering and sorting Service Requests, creating new requests, assigning Service Requests to specific users, commenting on them, resolving and closing them.

On the CMS (i.e. your website), you can log new requests, comment on existing requests, and see any activity that's taken place on Service Requests initiated by you.

Service Request Types #

The Service Requests module is typically used to record the following types of issues:
- Maintenance requests or problem reports
- Complaints
- Suggestions
- Requests for information

If, you would like to use the module to allow end users to record some other type of issue or request, please contact Adedia/eStrata, and we will create a new Service Request Type.
