Create a calendar reservation (Admin) #

  1. Navigate to Manage > Reservations
  2. Tap the cog menu in the upper right of the Reservations screen.
  3. From the cog, tap Calendar view.
  4. Make sure the calendar displays dates/times for the amenity you want to book.
  5. If the wrong calendar is displayed, tap the drop-down in the upper right corner and choose a different amenity.
    Note: The way you have defined your calendar amenities dictates the appearance of the calendar (i.e. It may be a monthly or a weekly calendar, it may have 1, 2 or 4 hour blocks of time, etc.).
  6. Enter a reservation by tapping the appropriate date/time block.
    Note: Depending how the amenity is set up, you may have to tap and drag to select the minimum number of blocks required for a booking (e.g. If your pool can only be booked for a minimum of 2 hours, click and drag to select at least a 2-hour block of time).
  7. In the Create/Update Event dialog, enter any additional details in the Description field.
  8. As an administrator, enter a name in the Reserved for field.
  9. Identify how often this reservation should occur (i.e. once, every day, on this day every week, on this day every month, on this date every month).
  10. (Optional) If you chose an occurrence other than “once”, specify the date on which the reservations should end.
  11. Enter any required (or optional) information requested by the form
    Note: The reservation form is configured by the site administrator who may request up to 3 custom fields for you to populate.
  12. Tap to Save the reservation.

Create a calendar reservation (CMS) #

  1. Navigate to your site's Reservation Calendar
  2. Make sure the calendar displays the amenity you want to book.
  3. If the wrong calendar is displayed, tap the drop-down in the upper right corner and choose a different amenity.
    Note: It may be a monthly or a weekly calendar, it may have 1, 2 or 4 hour blocks of time, etc.).
  4. Enter a reservation by tapping the appropriate date/time block.
    Note: Depending how the amenity is set up, you may have to tap and drag to select the minimum number of blocks required for a booking (e.g. If your pool can only be booked for a minimum of 2 hours, click and drag to select at least a 2-hour block of time).
  5. In the Create/Edit dialog, enter any additional details in the Description field.
  6. (Optional) If this is a recurring reservation, identify how often the reservation should occur (i.e. once, every day, on this day every week, on this day every month, on this date every month).
  7. (Optional) If you chose an occurrence other than “once”, specify the date on which the reservations should end.
  8. Enter any required (or optional) information requested by the form
    Note: The reservation form is configured by the site administrator who may request up to 3 custom fields for you to populate.
  9. Tap to Save the reservation.
    Note: If you cannot book an amenity, then your permissions do not allow it. Please talk to your site administrator.
